Douglas G. Perkins, President & CEO
Mr. Perkins has been actively involved in mineral exploration and development, with extensive experience in West Africa, for thirty years. From 2005 to 2010 he was CEO and Executive Director of GMA Resources Plc, an AIM listed company which raised over US$50 million equity and debt and successfully constructed a heap leach gold mine in Algeria during Mr. Perkins’ tenure. In 2007, Mr. Perkins was awarded the prestigious Pioneer of the Year Award at the Mines & Money Conference in London. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Perkins was Vice President and CFO of Orezone Resources Inc. From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Perkins also provided senior executive consulting services to a number of mineral exploration, development and mining companies listed on the TSX and the TSX Venture Exchange.
Kyle Appleby, CA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Appleby provides financial, accounting, compliance., services to companies in diverse industries including junior mining, manufacturing and distribution, technology, and nutraceutical products. Mr. Appleby also serves as Chief Financial Officer for Renforth Resources Inc., Takara Resources Ltd., and Xylitol Canada Inc.
Ambogo Guindo, Vice President
Mr. Guindo is a Malian expatriate overseeing the Company's activities in Mali and Niger. Mr. Guindo has a Bachelors degree in geology from École Nationale d'Ingenieurs (1980) Bamako, Mali and a Masters degree (1995) in Mineral Exploration from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. In the 1980's he was employed as a government geologist working in southern Mali. Until recently he was employed for 12 years by BHP International including two years in their San Francisco Head Office where he was Assistant to the Senior Vice President from 1992 to 1994.
Jo-Anne Archibald, BSc, MBA, FCIS, Corporate Secretary
Ms. Archibald is President of DSA Corporate Services Inc. ("DSA"), a leading Canadian provider of corporate secretarial services to public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange, the CNSX Exchange and US and overseas exchanges. Ms. Archibald holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, a BSc. (Honours) from the University of Guelph, as well as an international accreditation (FCIS) from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Prior to joining DSA, Jo-Anne was a Senior Vice President at TMX Equicom, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group Inc.

Kassoum Diakite, Country Manager
Kassoum has an MSc. in Geology from University of Bacour, USSR and started his career in 1982 with the Mali National Office of Geology and Mines. Since 1987 he has had extensive experience in Mali and Burkino Fasso as geologist, senior geologist and chief geologist for BHP- Minerals, Randgold Resources, SORECO and Anglo Ashanti before joining Legend Gold Corp. (formerly North Atlantic Resources) in 2003.
